In testing with a first group of detailers
I designed and built the whole Nios Detailing ecosystem, from the user experience through to the technical architecture. Customers browse the detailers around them, compare services, book a slot and pay inside the app.
Every detailer also holds a professional account in the same app to manage their services, availability and incoming bookings: pricing, calendar, and a dashboard covering reservations, revenue and platform commission.
Alongside the app, each professional gets a personal web page wired to the same backend. A customer can book straight from the web without installing anything, and the booking lands in the detailer's mobile workspace automatically.
Payments and the platform commission run through Stripe.
